Srinagar, Sep 10 (KNO): The Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday approved the proposal for appointment of judicial officer Yash Paul Bourney as a Judge of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
According to a statement, a copy of which is in possession of news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Collegium in its meeting held on September 10, 2026, cleared the proposal for Bourney’s elevation to the High Court—(KNO)
